Delete your Huntgate account

This page explains how to delete your Huntgate account and its associated data — both in the App and without it.
Delete in the App
Open the Huntgate App and choose Profile → Delete profile. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Request deletion without the App
Write to info@dsistemas.lv from the email address linked to your account, or include your account's phone number in the message. We fulfil requests within 30 days.

- Cameras
- Camera email inboxes
- All images
- Sorting data
- Maintenance log
- Sharing access
What may be kept
Images may be kept in the AI training dataset. It does not store the user's name, contact details or account identifier — only a technical camera number, camera coordinates and weather. After the camera or profile is deleted, they can no longer be linked to the user.
In your deletion request you can also ask for your images to be removed from the AI training dataset. If you want this, send the request before deleting your profile in the App — afterwards the images can no longer be found by your account.
